The are about 20 lame recipes! no updates, no new recipes! You could easily find much better recipes on pinterest for free!
A good first start but Im looking forward to updates, even those that fix things as simple as spelling errors (e.g, aspartame is spelled as part a me; these errors suggest a rushed release).
Not a bad fan for diet, however this one did it for me. Have lost -5 pounds in 10 weeks, and especially like the days were you can eat anything. My wife is also on it and all of her "numbers" have come down. She is also eating desert now when she never did that on the off days.
The calorie counter portion of the app is very scant. If you just want to rely on the recipes (there are about 50), then theres that. Some of the recipes are high in carbohydrates if thats an issue for you.
The app itself is easy to use and a great idea (thats why they received the 3 stars) but wish they had more variety of recipes. Also, maybe an option for those who are doing the low carb diet not just counting calories.
